Summer Leadership Program

WBL's Summer Leadership Program is as an immersive, one-day experience for accounting students and future interns to explore public accounting, connect with firm professionals, build leadership and teamwork skills, and get a head start on internship opportunities. Our annual SLP offers you:

Internship Program

Real Work. Real Opportunity.

At WBL, interns do more than observe, they contribute. Our internship program provides students with meaningful, hands-on experience in public accounting while working alongside experienced professionals who are invested in their success.

Whether you are pursuing a career in Tax or Audit, you'll have the opportunity to work on real projects, build professional relationships, and gain valuable insight into the accounting profession. Through mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to diverse client engagements, interns develop the technical and professional skills needed to succeed long after graduation.


From day one, you'll be treated as part of the team, gaining access to firm leaders, company events, and a culture that supports growth, learning, and career development. For many students, a WBL internship serves as the first step toward a rewarding long-term career.
