Mikaela Serrano Moore is a Manager for People and Culture where she leads initiatives focused on talent acquisition, associate engagement, professional development, employer branding, and firm marketing. She works closely with firm leadership to develop and implement programs that support the associate experience while strengthening WBL's visibility and reputation in the marketplace.
Mikaela's areas of focus include recruiting strategy, campus relations, onboarding, leadership development, employee engagement, and marketing initiatives. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for associates, fostering a strong workplace culture of belonging, and helping connect talented professionals with opportunities to grow and thrive.
Before joining WBL, Mikaela worked in high volume recruitment in the staffing industry. She brings a people-centered approach to her work, combining strategy with a strong commitment to relationship-building and organizational growth.
Mikaela holds a Master of Science in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
