Two New Accolades for Williams Benator & Libby

ATLANTA, GA—For the second consecutive year, Williams Benator & Libby, LLP (WBL) has been named one of the Best Accounting Firms to Work For in the United States by AccountingToday and Best Companies Group. The annual list of the top 100 firms identifies, recognizes and honors the best employers in the accounting industry, benefiting the industry’s economy, workforce and businesses.

WBL also was named the winner in the medium size firm category in the inaugural Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA) Accounting Food Fight, a friendly food and fund drive competition between Georgia accounting firms benefitting one of six community food banks. A total of 51 firms from 17 cities participated, collecting 9,861 pounds of food and raising $97,254.

Bruce Benator, managing partner of WBL, said, “We are so pleased to have earned these distinctions. Each one of us plays a significant role in the success of our firm, and by extension, the success of our community. We sincerely appreciate the excellent teamwork and amazing attitudes our associates display every day.”

AccountingToday’s Best Accounting Firm to Work For program surveys accounting firms from across the United States in a two-part process. Each nominated company is asked to evaluate its own workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. Then all full-time firm employees are surveyed to measure the employee experience. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final ranking.
