ATLANTA, GA—Williams Benator & Libby (WBL) Audit Senior Manager Petra Orquiola has been invited to join the Board of Directors of Georgia State University’s Robinson Council of Young Business Leaders (RCYBL). The RCYBL is an alumni organization of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business. It advocates for the college, provides members with networking and fellowship opportunities, and represents alumni as leaders in the business community. Petra has been involved with the RCYBL since 2013.
WBL Managing Partner Bruce Benator said, “Petra is a strong leader and she’ll be an asset to the RCYBL Board. We’re thrilled her talent is being recognized and that she is taking on an even greater role with one of Georgia’s top schools.”
Since joining WBL in 2005, Petra has applied her audit experience and love of learning to help clients achieve their financial objectives. Petra works with clients in a variety of industries, with specific experience auditing nonprofit organizations and staffing companies. She also is a member of the firm’s Transaction Services practice and has completed training in business valuation. Her main responsibilities include managing financial statement audits and reviews, reviews of nonprofit tax returns, and assisting clients with special projects.
Petra finished her undergraduate degree at Georgia State University as the first in her class, in just 3 and a half years while working full-time. She also attended Georgia State University to earn her Master of Professional Accountancy.
